The first thing you do is poke through the paper with a scissors and then cut towards each corner. Smooth and cut round the switch leaving the paper overlapping the switch.
Be careful not to tear the paper during the process as this could ruin the whole thing and even force you to replace the whole wallpaper.
After all that is done, loosen the screws to the switch and then slip the overlapping paper under the switch and then tighten back the screws making sure the paper is flat against the wall.
All this will make sure that the wall paper look great and probably serve you for a long time.

How to Install Furring Strips to Concrete Walls
Furring strips are a must for your basement. These strips are used in the concrete walls in order to make them sheet rocked.
Installing furring strips require expertise. You require dried wood studs which are essentially of 2”x3” or 2”x2” in size. Apart from that, you require glue and nails in order to attach the furring strips to the concrete walls. You need to place the studs on the 16 inches centers. Make sure that the studs are as long as the size of the wall.
In case you are using 2”x3” furring strips, the ideal way is to apply the glue on the side that is wider than the other sides. The glue should be applied on the bottom plate which has the effect of pressure. Once you have the bottom ready use the same process to attach the vertical studs. You have to wait for sometime before the glue gets dried up. After that is done, the furring strip gets fastened.
