In most instances, garden furniture is usually given the least when it comes to attention, considering that it is the type that is not regularly used. You could choose to have a covering, such as a retractable awning, over them so as to ensure that there are no harmful sun rays getting to reach them. Remember that it is these rays which lead to the damaging effect mostly found on plastics, where you get to notice cracks and some form of chippings as well. You could as well opt to have the furniture stored inside the house when not in use, or even place them under the garden plants, that is if they are big enough, for some shade.
